As part of the Central Indiana Educational Service Center, IOA provides an alternative option for all students to achieve academic success and earn high school credits. The organization selected Desire2Learn to create personalized learning pathways for all students based on pre-assessments that can better engage students, help instructors guide learning outcomes, and improve overall achievement.

Additionally, Desire2Learn's Integrated Learning Platform will assist IOA in centrally managing course materials and aligning with State and Common Core Standards for easy discoverability.
