For Immediate release: November 8, 2013 -- Gilax Corp. (OTC-QB: GLXC) today announced it has appointed three new Directors to the Board: Maria Tzetzangari Ibarrra Junquera as President & CEO, Ricardo Leon Vera as VP Mining Operations and Garth D. Jensen as CFO.
Mrs. Junquera has held numerous positions as General Manager for various companies in Mexico and holds a Communications Degree from UNAM University in Mexico City. Garth Jensen has held several positions as CFO & Director of numerous public companies in the US and UK and holds an LL.M in Finance Law and an M.Sc. in Financial Economics, both from the University of London. Garth is also a member of the CFA Institute and has been a Professor of Finance at various universities. Ricardo Leon Vera is a certified Surveying Engineer who brings 25 years of qualified experience and is in charge of Mine Planning and Development for the Company. He was also an esteemed Professor of Surveying at the Architecture School of the Autonomous University in Coahuila, Mexico.

Additionally the Company has also announced it has decided for listing its common stock for trading on the Berlin Stock Exchange (Borse Berlin AG). It is anticipated that the Company's application will be filed, approved and its common stock will be quoted within the next two months.
