Tuscany has scheduled a telephone conference call at 9:00 a.m. MST (11:00 a.m. EST) on November 18, 2013, hosted by Tuscany's management, to discuss Tuscany's third quarter 2013 financial and operating results as well as the transaction announced earlier today between Tuscany and Etablissements Maurel et Prom S.A.
