Veidekke ASA : Veidekke to build exclusive flats in Stockholm

Veidekke Entreprenad is starting construction of the first 93 flats in the Svea
Fanfar housing project at Östermalm in Stockholm. The project will comprise a
total of 350 flats and offer residents a unique service concept, developed in
cooperation between Veidekke Bostad, CA Fastigheter and Panorama. This is a
turnkey contract valued at SEK 275 million.
Veidekke has already started planning and foundation work for the project, which
is located between the Royal College of Music, Svea Artilleri and Stockholm
stadium. In the first stage flats will have from two to seven rooms, all with
high-quality materials and fittings in marble and brass, kitchen fittings from
SieMatic, appliences from Miele and wardrobe solutions from Kvänum.
The project's service concept comprises a staffed common reception, a lobby
where one can enjoy a coffee and fresh newspapers and magazines, a gym, a party
room and a separate guest flat. In addition residents will have access to
services such as cleaning, window washing, caretaking during holidays,
childminding, craftsmen services, a chauffeur service, bicycles and food
delivery.
"This is really exciting, and we are very pleased to start building at Svea
Fanfar now. The project has attracted great interest in the market, and sales
