Citadel Income Fund Announces Special Retraction Price
(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 11/18/13 -- Citadel Income Fund (TSX: CTF.UN) (the "Fund") is pleased to announce that, with respect to the previously announced special retraction of 1.5 million units of the Fund, the retraction price per unit is $4.2693.
As requests for redemptions exceeded 1.5 million units, units will be redeemed on a pro rata basis. The Fund expects to pay the retraction proceeds to redeeming unitholders on or before November 22, 2013.
As previously indicated, following this retraction, the Fund does not anticipate any further retraction or redemption privileges being available to unitholders in 2013.
