The Vice President of Oriola-KD's Russian Pharmaceutical Wholesale business, Henry Fogels, resigns from Oriola-KD

Oriola-KD Corporation Stock Exchange Release 20 November 2013 at 2.10 p.m.


Henry Fogels, General Director of OOO Oriola Russia, Vice President of Oriola-
KD's Pharmaceutical Wholesale business in Russia and a member of Oriola-KD's
Group Management Team resigned from the company on 20 November 2013.

Konstantin Minin, General Director of Oriola-KD's Pharmaceutical Retail business
in Russia and a member of Oriola-KD's Group Management Team, will, in addition
to his current duties, serve as acting General Director of Oriola Russia as of
20 November 2013. Henry Fogels' successor will be announced during December
2013.

"The performance of our Russian Pharmaceutical Wholesale business has clearly
been unsatisfactory. We have initiated measures with the aim of improving the
profitability and operational efficiency of our Russian wholesale business. One
of the outlined actions is a new General Director. I would like to take the
opportunity to thank Henry Fogels for his work at Oriola-KD," says Eero
