MCAFEE SUOMI FUNDING LLC HAS GAINED TITLE TO ALL THE SHARES IN STONESOFT CORPORATION AND THE SHARES WILL THUS BE DELISTED

MCAFEE SUOMI FUNDING LLC HAS GAINED TITLE TO ALL THE SHARES IN STONESOFT
CORPORATION AND THE SHARES WILL THUS BE DELISTED
The Arbitral Tribunal appointed by the Redemption Committee of the Finland
Chamber of Commerce has today confirmed that McAfee Suomi Funding LLC ("McAfee")
has the right to redeem the minority shares in Stonesoft Corporation
("Stonesoft") and that McAfee has the right to obtain title to the minority
shares by lodging a security approved by the Arbitral Tribunal for the payment
of the redemption price and the interest accruing thereon.
McAfee has today lodged security approved by the Arbitral Tribunal and thus
gained title to all the shares in Stonesoft in accordance with Chapter 18,
Section 6 of the Finnish Companies Act. After the security having been lodged,
the minority shareholders of Stonesoft being parties to the redemption
proceedings are only entitled to receive the redemption price and the interest
payable thereon.
Upon application by Stonesoft, NASDAQ OMX Helsinki Oy (the "Helsinki Stock
Exchange") has decided that the Stonesoft shares will be delisted from the
Official List of the Helsinki Stock Exchange upon title to all shares in
Stonesoft having been transferred to McAfee. The quoting of the Stonesoft shares
on the Helsinki Stock Exchange will thus cease in accordance with a separate
release to be published by the Helsinki Stock Exchange.
