West Street Approval of Amalgamation

(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 11/20/13 -- West Street Capital Corporation (TSX VENTURE: WSC)(TSX VENTURE: WSC.PR.A) ("West Street") announced today that its shareholders have approved the amalgamation (the "Amalgamation") of West Street with 2390567 Ontario Limited ("Holdco"). The Amalgamation is expected to be completed on November 29, 2013.

As a result of the Amalgamation, Holdco and affiliated companies will beneficially own all of the common shares of West Street (the "Common Shares"). The Common Shares will be de-listed from the TSX Venture Exchange as soon as practicable after the completion of the Amalgamation.
