(TSX VENTURE: WHY) ("West High Yield" or the "Company") announces the release of its financial results and Management Discussion and Analysis ("MD&A") for the nine months ended September 30, 2013. The unaudited interim condensed financial statements and related MD&A for the nine months ended September 30, 2013 have been filed with Canadian securities regulatory authorities on SEDAR at .
On September 27, 2013, the Company announced that the proceeds of the recently closed private placement would be used for general corporate purposes, working capital and updating the Company's previously released Preliminary Economic Assessment ("PEA"). The Company has since determined that it will not be updating the PEA.
