AUTEV AG WITH SUCCESSFUL FIRST DAY OF TRADING
(Brandenburg a.d.H., August 11th, 2010)
AUTEV AG of Brandenburg a.d Havel recorded a successful first day of
trading on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange on the 10th of August 2010. The
opening price was EUR 26.00. The closing price was EUR 30.45, up 17%. On
August 12th 2010, trading will also commence via the electronic trading
platform XETRA.
Over the years AUTEV AG developed into an efficient and internationally
operating engineering and service company. The company plans, develops,
produces, programs and delivers sophisticated machinery and facilities
throughout the world. The portfolio is complemented by a variety of
complementary services.
Additionally, the company is striving into new fields to achieve technology
and market leadership. As a result the company successfully entered the
market for energy saving and CO2 reducing lighting technology. Following
two years of research AUTEV AG successfully introduced AuLED into the
market. AuLED is an innovative and energy saving street lamp, based on
ultra modern LED technology, which is already being widely used.
AUTEV AG has high expectations from the new field of business, because by
issuing new regulations the EU is creating a new market worth billions
over the next years.
