Zaandam, the Netherlands, November 25, 2013 - Ahold has repurchased 1,759,540
Ahold common shares in the period from November 18, 2013 up to and including
November 22, 2013.The shares were repurchased at an average price of ? 13.2938
per share for a total consideration of ? 23.39 million. These repurchases were
made as part of the ? 500 million share buyback program announced on February
28, 2013 as increased by ? 1.5 billion to a total amount of ? 2 billion
announced on June 4, 2013.
The total number of shares repurchased under this program to date is 53,472,769
common shares for a total consideration of ? 670.57 million.
