with RISCO Group

Petach Tikva, Israel (August 12, 2010) - Electronics Line 3000 Ltd. ('EL3K'
or 'the Company') (XETRA: ELN), a leading global provider of wireless
security with remote management solutions announces, that at today's
special general meeting the shareholders approved all resolutions.
This now allows the Company to enter into a Management Services Agreement,
a Production Services Agreement and a Distribution Agreement with Risco
Ltd. and its subsidiaries ('RISCO Group') and to receive a line of credit,
in the amount of up to $6.5 million at market conditions, from Risco Ltd.,
the largest and controlling shareholder of the Company.
