Lincoln Property Company Awarded Management of Apartment Community, Jefferson Pointe West Chester
(firmenpresse) - WEST CHESTER, PA -- (Marketwired) -- 11/26/13 -- Lincoln BP Management, a division of , recently announced that they have obtained management of Jefferson Pointe West Chester in West Chester, Pennsylvania. This newly constructed apartment community was completed in 2012 and has 230 eloquently appointed apartment homes.
Lincoln has retained Fource Communications to rebrand the community as ; the new identity package will include a logo, signage, and marketing collateral materials.
Each of the one, two and three bedroom apartment homes display amenity packages that include open concept gourmet kitchens with granite counters, clean steel appliance packages, built-in productivity stations, and energy efficient washer and dryer appliances. Community features include a parking garage with direct access to climate controlled corridors, resident lounge with HDTVs, billiards and gaming stations, complimentary wi-fi in resident social areas, two-story fitness center, screening room with surround sound and plush seating, daily coffee and tea service, electric car charging station, valet trash, and dog park.
