Talvivaara has been granted time until 29 November 2013 to provide additional
information concerning its application for corporate reorganisation
On 15 November 2013, Talvivaara Mining Company Plc ("Talvivaara") and Talvivaara
Sotkamo Ltd filed applications for corporate reorganisation pursuant to the
Finnish Corporate Reorganization Act. Today, 26 November 2013, the companies
have been granted until 4:15 p.m. EET on Friday, 29 November 2013 to provide
certain additional information to the district court.

Talvivaara Mining Company is an internationally significant base metals producer
