Malta - (For immediate release) - August 24, 2010 - IVegas Gaming.,
formerly known as New River, Inc. (Frankfurt Stock Exchange: 9RN) ( the
'Company') today announced that on August 23rd, 2010, the Company's name
change from New River, Inc. to iVegas Gaming Ltd. took effect in the
marketplace. The symbol has also changed from 9RN to IVL to reflect the
change in name. The name and symbol change became effective through
Deutsche Bourse Groups' Frankfurt Stock Exchange on August 23rd, 2010.
'We are very pleased to announce the name change that better reflects the
company's business. We are also pleased to announce the new symbol IVL,'
said Mr. David, President, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of iVegas
Gaming.
