(PINKSHEETS: SEEK) (), an emerging leader in the vertical and Local search space, today announced that it agreed to terms with Mr. Dan Cimba to become its new Vice President of Sales effective January 1st, 2014. Mr. Cimba is an industry veteran with widespread contacts and experience in the Internet and digital media space. Mr. Cimba served in similar positions for Louisville.com, HelloMetro.com and RentalHouses.com.
