Frankfurt, 26. August 2010 - ZhongDe Waste Technology AG ('ZhongDe', 'the
company', Ticker symbol 'ZEF') has appointed BNY Mellon, the global leader
in asset management and securities servicing, as the depositary bank for
its American Depositary Receipt (ADR) program. Every two ZhongDe ADRs
represent one ordinary share and trades on the Over-the-Counter market in
the USA.
