DIRTT President to Appear on BNN's "The Close" to Discuss New TSX Listing
(firmenpresse) - CALGARY, ALBERTA -- (Marketwired) -- 11/27/13 -- DIRTT Environmental Solutions President Scott Jenkins will join journalist Michael Hainsworth on Business News Network's The Close Thursday, November 28 at 3:30 p.m. ET, 1:30 p.m. MT to discuss the Calgary company's new listing on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
DIRTT, a technology-driven manufacturer of highly customized interiors, filed its final prospectus on November 22 in connection with a proposed initial public offering, and received conditional approval for listing its Common Shares on the Toronto Stock Exchange under the symbol "DRT." It is scheduled to begin trading Thursday morning.
