The Ontario Superior Court of Justice has approved a class action settlement which permits a defined group of people ("the Class") to share in the settlement fund. The settlement is a compromise of disputed claims and is not an admission of liability, wrongdoing or fault on the part of any of the Defendants.
To be eligible for compensation, Class members must submit a completed Claim Form no later than March 31, 2014.
