Changed Number of Shares and Votes in SEMAFO

As a result of the exercise of options, the total number of shares and votes in the Corporation has changed during November as follows.

The number of shares has increased by 1,265,000 common shares and the total number of shares in the Corporation as of November 29, 2013 amounts to 274,533,182 common shares. The total number of votes in the Corporation has increased by 1,265,000 and amounts to 274,533,182. The Corporation's share capital as of November 29, 2013 amounts to approximately SEK 4,607,195,602.

The above information has been made public in accordance with the Swedish Financial Instruments Trading Act.
