ING completes sale of Mexican mortgage business

ING announced today it has completed the sale of ING Hipotecaria, its mortgage
business in Mexico, to Banco Santander (México), S.A.
As announced on 14 June 2013, the transaction does not have a material impact on
ING Group results. It also does not affect ING's Commercial Banking activities
in Mexico.
