further solar parks

Hamburg/Halle, 2 December 2013 - Capital Stage Solar Service GmbH, a
subsidiary of Capital Stage AG, has signed two further contracts with Mainz
Solar GmbH: The agreement includes the technical service for two solar
parks in Saxony-Anhalt with a total capacity of 4 MWp and is effective as
of 1 December 2013. In total, Capital Stage Solar Service has now around
155 MWp under management, thereof approximately 23 MWp for third parties.
Mainz Solar is a Joint Venture of Stadtwerke Mainz AG and SCHOTT Solar AG,
which is specialized in the planning, construction and operation of
large-scale PV power plants.
Felix Goedhart, CEO of Capital Stage AG is pleased: 'Being allowed to again
support Mainz Solar GmbH with the ensurance of the long-term operations of
their investments confirms us in our course: The business segment PV
services for third parties is an important part of our strategy and is very
attractive to us not least because of the continuity of its revenues
contribution.'
The Managing Directors of Mainz Solar, Stephan Krome and Dr. Jens Beinker,
