The transaction involves the sale of Sage Software's ERP X3 software and attendant consulting services. The customer is an international footwear manufacturer.

We are now the leading Sage ERP X3 reseller in North America, and our sales pipeline is very deep. We eclipsed that figure with our very first ERP X3 transaction, in 2012, which was for roughly $700,000. That figure has been shattered yet again by this recent sale.
