Offline isn't such a big deal anymore for clients of Computershare's board portal solution
(firmenpresse) - BRISTOL, UNITED KINGDOM -- (Marketwired) -- 12/05/13 -- Directors can now do more, thanks to the new version 5.0 of BoardWorks™, Computershare Governance Services' board portal solution. BoardWorks gives directors and board administrators the tools to help them manage their board responsibilities more effectively and efficiently, in a new app that's easier than ever to use.
"There are many tasks that demand directors' immediate attention, such as reviewing the latest board book changes, signing off on a critical resolution or providing input on a key vote. Key enhancements for directors include the auto-syncing of data and workflows for faster approvals, and simplified views for multi-board users. BoardWorks 5.0 also features greater personalisation with a fully configurable home page, integration with Apple Calendar, and new language options for French, Spanish, German, and Russian.
