ANNOUNCES CREATION OF FOUR NEW DIVISIONS
GRANDE PRAIRIE, AB - FRIDAY - October 1st, 2010: - GRIT INTERNATIONAL
(3GR1:F) has announced its corporate restructuring plan by structuring four
(4) new core division strengths: Minerals, Petroleum, Utilities, Dynamics.

Previously Announced
The acquisition of Groves Sandblasting Ltd will become a wholly owned
subsidiary of GRIT Dynamics' Division. LeadDog Capital LLC's 5.0 Million
Euro Equity Line of Credit has been legally concluded.

*NOTE - PRESENT WITH FORWARD THINKING PROJECTIONS
Management has implemented a conservative approach with definitive
measurements of achievability. Projections merely are the planned course of
actions that management has considered the correct heading to embark upon.
Each of the Divisions in their own time could stand to operate
independently from within their respective titles. The structure provides
diversity to its shareholders, intrinsic asset values of raw commodities,
security in Utilities, the demand of Oil&Gas, and the flexibility of
Dynamics Services. Each division carries a complexity/diversity so as not
to become conditionally dependent on only a single source provider.
With the unveiling of our refined structure Management is confident in
providing stakeholder value with 80% of Asset value in the Mineral Division
and 80% of the Revenue being comprised of the remaining
Petroleum-Utilities-Dynamics Divisions. We have conservatively calculated
a weighted average that our stock price be>7.00 Euros prior to the end of
this year.
