Mines J.A.G. Ltd.: Closing of $250 000 Private Placement
(firmenpresse) - MONTREAL, QUEBEC -- (Marketwired) -- 12/10/13 -- J.A.G. MINES LTD. (TSX VENTURE: JML) wishes to announce that it has closed its private placement of $250 000.
This placement involve the issuance of 5 000 000 of class "A" shares at $0.05 per share and 2 500 000 class "A" share purchase warrants, one warrant shall entitle the holder thereof to acquire one class "A" share of the Issuer at a price of $0.12 until December 10th, 2014.
The shares issued under the Offering are subject to a restriction period of four months from the date of closing.
The Private Placement proceeds will be used for the Corporation's current activities.
The Company has not paid any finder's fee pursuant to this offering, which has received approval from the TSX Venture Exchange. One JAG's insider subscribed $5 000 in this placement.
