TomaGold Corporation: Granting of Options
(firmenpresse) - MONTREAL, QUEBEC -- (Marketwired) -- 12/10/13 -- TomaGold Corporation (TSX VENTURE: LOT) ("TomaGold" or the "Company") announces the granting, pursuant to its Stock Option Plan, of 3,825,000 options. Of these, 2,000,000 are granted to its officers and directors and 1,825,000 to its employees and consultants. Each option is exercisable at a price of $0.12 for a period of five years from the date of grant.
