miRoamer signs License Agreement with Pearl Group India, plans to establish
Joint Venture for India, Sri Lanka and Bangladesh
(New Delhi - October 8, 2010) - A joint venture license agreement covering
the territories of India, Sri Lanka and Bangladesh, has been signed between
the world most experienced internet media provider, miRoamer and the Pearl
Group of Industries, India's leading DVD&CD replicators, Manufacturers of
industrial motor parts and Automobile Engine Alloys, based in New Delhi.
The two companies will form a separate entity to be known as miPearl India
serving exclusively the sub-continent market.
Mr Rajat Behl, Chief 'Executive Officer of Pearl Group, who has many years
of experience in the content production and manufacturing business, said
'Our vision is to be inside EVERY POCKET,i.e mobile phones, mp3 players

streaming 35000 radio stations is just the beginning of it. Our iptv and

India recently surpassed 700 million mobile handsets, representing one of
the largest mobile usage in the world. The country is launching a
nation-wide 3G network in October, which will provide tremendous growth and
