GRIT INTERNATIONAL INC. - BEGINS CORPORATE RE-BRANDING PROCESS
GRANDE PRAIRIE, AB, Monday, October 11th, 2010: GRIT International Inc.,
'GRIT' (FRANKFURT: 3GR1) is pleased to announce that as part of its
expanded business plan, it will be re-branding GRIT International and its
newly created subsidiaries to better reflect its direction and to increase
brand recognition. GRIT International will contract with advertising
agencies in North America and Europe to begin the development of a new
corporate website and new websites for all of our subsidiaries. Marketing
materials, power point presentations and other support material will be
created. These agencies will also spearhead a new public relations effort
which will help put GRIT International and its subsidiaries front and
center in each of the 4 industrial areas that the company is now focused.
It is expected that this effort will bring additional business and
increased revenues to GRIT International and its subsidiaries. The company
has already activated its Twitter.com account and is now examining other
'Web 2.0' strategies. The new website will have a new user friendly and
interactive investor section and will also function in both English and
German. The website will also announce upcoming management/investor
conference calls and up-to-date news.
GRIT International president Lawrence Zeiben has stated; 'It is important
to both management and GRIT shareholders to have access to information in a
timely manner. The internet has become such a universal tool world-wide,
that the company has decided to take full advantage of all of its
benefits.'
