Antioquia Gold Announces Appointment of New Director
(firmenpresse) - CALGARY, ALBERTA -- (Marketwired) -- 12/11/13 -- Antioquia Gold Inc. ('Antioquia Gold" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE: AGD)(OTCQX: AGDXF) announces the resignation of Mr. Felix Navarro-Grau and the appointment of Mr. Felipe Ferraro to its Board of Directors. Mr. Ferraro is currently the general manager for Cori Puno SAC ("Cori Puno"), a mining and exploration company started in 2004 which operates the Untuca open-pit and underground mine in Peru with an annual production of 30,000 ounces of gold in 2012. Cori Puno is also owned by the principal stakeholders of Consorcio Minero Horizonte, the second-largest underground gold mining company in Peru and the fifth largest gold producer in all of Peru, with a production of over 200,000 ounces of gold in 2012. Mr. Ferraro holds a master's degree in business administration from the University ESAN-Stanford University and has extensive experience in a variety of industries, including mining, enterprise, metal-working, heavy equipment. Mr. Ferraro is also a director of another TSXV-listed issuer.
