Painted Pony Announces Grant of Stock Options

(firmenpresse) - CALGARY, ALBERTA -- (Marketwired) -- 12/12/13 -- Painted Pony Petroleum Ltd. ("Painted Pony" or the "Company") (TSX: PPY) announces that pursuant to the terms and conditions of its incentive stock option plan, it has granted, in the aggregate, 1,692,500 incentive stock options to purchase Common Shares of Painted Pony (the "Options") to certain of its directors, officers, employees and consultants. Subject to vesting, the Options are exercisable over a five year period at an exercise price of $6.44 per share, with one-third vesting immediately, one-third vesting in one year, and the remaining one-third vesting in two years.

Painted Pony is a Canadian oil and natural gas exploration company that trades on the Toronto Stock Exchange under the symbol "PPY".
