The Fraser Institute: How Generous Are We? New Study Coming Monday, December 16

The study, Generosity in Canada and the United States: The 2013 Generosity Index, spotlights donations to registered charities claimed on personal income tax returns, ranking jurisdictions based on their collective levels of charitable giving and identifying giving trends.
