AGO AG announces changes to the Supervisory Board
- Steffen Pfund and Dr. Klaus Hermsdorf resigning from their positions
- New Chairman of the Supervisory Board: Johannes Eismann
- New Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board: Harald Petersen
Kulmbach, 29 October 2010: AGO AG Energie + Anlagen (WKN: A0LR41, ISIN:
DE000A0LR415) is announcing changes to the Supervisory Board. It
temporarily consists of four instead of six members.
As a result of the changes to the company's indirect shareholder structure,
Steffen Pfund and Dr. Klaus Hermsdorf resigned from their positions as
Chairman and Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board with effect from 20
October 2010. Their memberships of the Supervisory Board will terminate at
the end of the statutory notice period on 31 October 2010. At the
Supervisory Board meeting on 20 October 2010, Supervisory Board member
Johannes Eismann was appointed as the new Chairman and Supervisory Board
member Harald Petersen as his Deputy.

shareholder structure changing and YIT becoming a new indirect majority
