Impreglon exceeds total sales of 2009
First 9 months 2010: Sales + 53%, EBIT + 672%
30.09.2010 30.09.2009 + / -Also in the 3. quarter of 2010 the recovery continued with record numbers.
Sales (TEUR) 39,491 25,823 + 53%
EBITDA (TEUR) 7,011 2,808 + 150%
EBIT (TEUR) 3,445 -602 + 672%
EBT (TEUR) 2,376 -1,997 + 219%
Net result (TEUR) 1,192 -2,315 + 152%
Earnings per share (EUR) 0.20 -0.44 + 144%
All companies in the group showed positive EBIT results in the 3. quarter.
With 3.5 resp. 7.0 million Euro both EBIT and EBITDA are within the
expected range. Therefore the goals of 4.5 resp. 9.0 million Euro set for
2010 should be achievable. The same holds true for the sales goal of 50
million Euro.
The positive trend was especially strong in the business sectors OEM
(original machine manufacturers) and Aftermarket (maintenance in production
companies). But also the automotive sector almost reached 'before crisis'
sales levels again. However, the doubling of production capacities started
before the crisis leaves sufficient room for additional orders.
Since the order intake in October confirms a continuation of the positive
trend, the board intends to recommend payment of a shareholder dividend
for 2010.
