(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 12/16/13 -- Diamond Estates Wines & Spirits Inc. (TSX VENTURE: DWS) (the "Corporation") would like to announce that, further to the Corporation's press release dated November 28, 2013, the Corporation issued a total of 28,320 common shares (the "Bonus Shares") today to an employee at a deemed issuance price of $0.25 per share to satisfy a portion of such employee's bonus entitlement for the last fiscal year, being $7,080. The Bonus Shares may not be traded by the holder until April 17, 2014, being four months plus a day from the date of issuance in accordance with applicable securities laws.
