iVegas Gaming Ltd., an emerging online entertainment company (Frankfurt
Borse: IVL) and Telton Limited, today announced the execution and closing
of an asset purchase transaction whereby iVegas Gaming purchases the
interactive gambling software and the iVegas url. In exchange for these
assets iVegas Gaming will enter an exclusive licensing and operating
agreement with Telton Limited, which has an over 10 year operating history.
iVegas Gaming Limited is developing an innovative and unique online
entertainment portal, which will now, be located at www.ivegas.com. The
site will offer online gambling, shopping, music and live events with a
'Vegas like' experience. The site will be available on both mobile and web
platforms in early 2011.
