(firmenpresse) - LOUISVILLE – The peer review service, Martindale-Hubbell, has given an AV rating of 4.6 to the Louisville based medical malpractice and personal injury attorney, Seth Gladstein. The Martindale-Hubbell AV rating, a rating that ranges from 4.5 to the maximum 5, is the highest category and is considered by Martindale.com to be “a testament to the fact that a lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence.”

Martindale-Hubbell offer peer review ratings in order to assist the buyers of legal services in finding the most appropriate lawyer for their legal needs. These ratings are used as a non-biased indicator of a lawyer’s abilities and ethical standards. The first rating given to a lawyer usually occurs three years after their admission to the bar. The rating is meant to reflect a lawyer’s adherence to high ethical standards and legal ability, but it also focuses on their performance in five specific areas. These areas are made up of: legal knowledge, analytical capabilities, judgment, communication, and legal experience. The AV rating is the highest scoring category and is given only to lawyers of high ethical conduct with an exceptional legal knowledge and ability.
About The Recipient
Seth Gladstein has been practicing personal injury law in the Louisville area for the past 3 years. Seth first acquired his Bachelor of Arts degree in political science from the University of Michigan – Ann Arbor, before moving on to the Chicago-Kent College of Law, receiving his J.D. in 2001. He relocated to New York City, practicing law for one of the city’s most distinguished medical malpractice firms for 4 years. While in New York, Gladstein defended some of the nation’s top hospitals and physicians. During this time he worked on cases involving a wide variety of specialties including medical and surgical oncology, ophthalmology, cardiothoracic surgery, orthopedics, internal medicine and more. Gladstein returned to Louisville in 2005 to handle further medical malpractice cases for one of Kentucky’s oldest and largest defense firms. At this time, he also dealt with a variety of other types of cases including worker’s compensation, personal injury, motor vehicle accident, insurance bad faith and commercial litigation.
Seth Gladstein opened the Gladstein Law Firm, PLLC, in Louisville in 2011. His extensive experience has allowed him to help clients in a large variety of cases and specialties. As a personal injury attorney he has lent his expertise to numerous clients through representation in a wide array of cases involving motor vehicle accidents, premise liability, pedestrian accidents, and brain injuries, among others.
Beyond his work as a medical malpractice and personal injury attorney, Seth is also highly active in the legal community, chairing fund-raising events for the Louisville Bar Association and serving as Barrister for the Louis D. Brandeis American Inns of Court. Gladstein was also selected to participate in the Louisville Bar Associations’ Leadership Academy in 2011.
