Detrack is back with added features and what’s more, it is now available worldwide.
Detrack allows you to track deliveries and reduce customers’ calls by the use of their free Android app which comes with automatic real time notifications when the orders are delivered.
(firmenpresse) - Singapore (January 2, 2014): To their existing features, Detrack has added a few more notable features. Another major advancement by Detox is having that, now their services will be available worldwide and not only in Singapore. The new features included are:
•Capturing the delivery recipient signature as proof of delivery within the app (just like DHL or Fedex, but this on an Android smartphone instead)
•Navigation to delivery destination (this feature has yet to be added on their website)
•Enabling calls to recipient directly (this feature also has yet to be included in their website)
•Supporting worldwide tracking which was previously done only in Singapore
•Giving proof of delivery (this feature has yet to be included in their website)
Even if Detrack supports only local (Singapore) addresses at the moment, they receive a substantial number of international sign ups expressing interest in using their service. So the development team in Detrack toil and take pains to roll out their International edition before any given time so that all the worldwide users can enjoy the benefits laid out by Detrack too.
The Android app of Detrack has been specially designed to use even by non tech savvy drivers. Minimal interaction is needed between the driver and the app, and submitting a Proof of Delivery (POD) is as easy as tapping on a few big color-coded buttons. Detrack app has got everything needed in one app.
