Colonia Real Estate AG has noted the intention of a takeover offer by TAG
Immobilien AG
Cologne, November 15, 2010 - The Management Board of Colonia Real Estate AG
(ISIN DE0006338007; WKN: 633800) (also referred to as Colonia in the
following) has taken note of the announcement by TAG Immobilien AG,
Hamburg, of its intention to make a voluntary public offer for all shares
of Colonia.
Pursuant to TAG's ad-hoc release of November 15, 2010, TAG will offer
Colonia shareholders a purchase price of EUR 5.55 per share. At present
the Colonia Management Board has no further particulars of the announced
takeover offer. After disclosure of the bidding documents by TAG Immobilien
AG the Management and Supervisory Board of Colonia will proof and comment
the offer.
