Sinosol Realizes First Projects in Italy
Frankfurt, November 18, 2010
Through its joint venture, MMS Energia Solare S.r.L., Sinosol AG is
realizing its first projects in Italy as an EPC contractor. Currently, a
1MW power plant near Alessandria is under construction, which will be grid
connected by the end of 2010. Canadian Solar modules und SMA central
inverters are being used for the project.
Comparable projects in the regions of Latium and Piedmont are currently
under preparation; for 2011 MMS is planning to realize a significant
project volume in Italy. Furthermore, the wholesale business unit of
Sinosol-Group was able to sell a significant amount of PV modules to the
Italian market in 2010.
