Based on the decision by the EASY SOFTWARE Management Board made on August
27, 2010, to initially repurchase 75,000 own no-par shares, corresponding
to a shareholding of 1.388% in the company's equity via the stock market in
the period from August 30, 2010 until presumably December 31, 2010, EASY
SOFTWARE has acquired 75,000 own no-par shares at the average purchase
price of EUR 3.1583 per share (excluding acquisition costs) and a total
price of EUR 236,875.81 (excluding acquisition costs). This equals 1.388%
of the EASY SOFTWARE equity.
These shares were repurchased by order and for account of EASY SOFTWARE AG
through a bank commissioned by EASY SOFTWARE AG. This bank made the
decision about the time of acquiring the shares and the respective
acquisition volume independently and without being influenced by the
company. The repurchase was made exclusively via the stock market in the
electronic trading platform at the Frankfurt Stock Exchange (Xetra).
EASY SOFTWARE AG has provided regular information about the progress in
repurchasing the shares in the 'Investor Relations' section on its Website
at www.easy.de.
