Uranio AG is publishing successful arranged capital increase
The Board of Uranio AG is pleased to announce that the company has enforced
a capital increase out of approved capital.
27 million new shares of a nominal par of CHF 0,05 have been circulated.
I.e., the company's capital has been elevated for CHF 1.350.000 from CHF
11.250.000 to CHF 12.600.000.
These financial means serve further operative activities, especially
continued explorations for present projects.
