Luxor Cabs has a history of being involved in various activities in the Bay Area to benefit the community. One of these is the "Safe and Sober Rides" program offered four times a year to help reduce drunk driving.

The “Safe-and-Sober Rides Program” takes places on New Year’s Eve, St. Patrick’s Day, Cinco de Mayo and Halloween.
