The British legal directory Global Law Experts has awarded Noerr the title
Litigation Law Firm of the Year in Germany. The votes of 18,000 managers,
in-house lawyers, wealthy individuals, representatives of lawyers' chambers
and other market observers worldwide was the deciding factor. The co-head
of Noerr's Litigation Department, Michael Molitoris, received the most
personal votes of all specialists in
dispute resolution in Germany, as the publisher reports.
Molitoris thereby occupies the top spot again. Five years ago, the London
publisher Law Business Research surveyed clients and lawyers for its
Who's Who of Product Liability Defense Lawyers. The result: Molitoris was
'the best defense lawyer for product liability claims in Germany' (cf.
Press release 16 November 2005). Those surveyed described him as 'superb'
and 'one of the outstanding product liability lawyers in the world'. The
assessment was based on six months independent research in 29
jurisdictions.
Nationally, too, the special position of Noerr's dispute resolution
specialists is recognised. At the beginning of November, the law firm
received the award of the German legal publisher Juve for Dispute
Resolution (Presse release 4 November 2010).
