The comprehensive scope of the ISO 20000 certification aligns to ITIL service management industry best practices applied to Interoute's Unified Computing. The certification represents a significant milestone in Interoute’s continued efforts to provide quality and secure outsourced business technology solutions to the world’s leading organisations.
