The management of the Gewerbesiedlungs-Gesellschaft mbH announces that
Oliver Schlink (40) has been appointed new Finance Managing Director
starting on 1st December 2010.
'With Mr. Schlink, we enrich our management with a highly competent expert
with years of experience in finance', says Jean-François Ott, CEO of ORCO
Germany.
Oliver Schlink: 'I am very excited to further expand the position of
Berlin's leading provider of office and commercial space together with the
ORCO-GSG team'.
After studying industrial engineering, Mr. Schlink began his career at KPMG
in the Financial Advisory Services. In early 2001 he became Head of
controlling for the newly founded Deutsche Annington Immobilien GmbH. In
February 2010, Mr. Schlink joined the management board of Deutsche
Annington Business Management GmbH and was responsible for the region
Westphalia comprising app. 43,000 flats. Mr. Schlink will report to the
top-management of ORCO Germany.
