PIRONET NDH strengthens management
Cologne, Germany, 1st December 2010 - From December 1st 2010 Mr Paul
Nasada will strengthen the Executive Board for one year according to§105
AktG. As a Member of the Supervisory Board of the company since 2007 his
mandate will be suspended during this time.
The aim of this decision is to relieve Mr Hans-Werner Scherer, the Board
Chairman, since he has taken over the area of responsibility in addition
from Thomas Fell after his resignation on November 1st 2010. Therefore Mr
Nasada will be responsible for finance and accounting during the one year
period.
Mr Nasada (Diplom-Kaufmann, born in 1957) has gained longtime experience
in senior positions in finance and accounting, for example as CFO of a
listed company.
