---------------------------------------------------------------------

Global Dynamix Solutions GB PLC (DE:G6L) announces a strong fiscal outlook
for LED lighting manufacturer Clean light Green Light (CLGL), a wholly
owned U.S. subsidiary. CLGL, a pioneer in the development and advancement
of LED lighting which offers the largest catalog of commercial, industrial
and municipal retrofit LED lighting products globally, provides the
following corporate update:

The company experienced a 400% growth from 2009 - 2010 during the worst
economy since the great depression and is projecting over 1400% growth in
2011 based on results of current and scheduled pilot projects, secured
commitments, and final stage negotiations in the U.S. and abroad. To date
92% of pilot projects progress to full installations.

Currently, CLGL offers a vast catalog of 70+ LED lighting products that no
other LED company today can match in the general illumination market as
well as an exclusive capability to execute custom commercial designs for
clients on a global scale that satisfy specific international electrical
protocols. The product line is scheduled to double by mid 2011 and will
include several industry firsts such as one piece1000 W modules for stadium
lighting and other high brightness applications, an LED battery back-up
series solidifying LEDs' role in hospitals and other sensitive operations,
and LED lights with new carbon foam technology that will increase light
life and energy savings.

Also slated for release are a freezer light series, a high power 360?street lamp series, T-5 LED fluorescent tube replacement, and an LED Edison

Screw-in Bulb replacement for standard 60 W bulbs with cross over appeal
into the residential market. Many of the new products will feature
groundbreaking advanced LED light engines, which will facilitate more
intrinsic designs and enable the creation of virtually any application by
combining the different engines.

Clean Light Green Light has ongoing and exclusive global contracts and
partnerships in the following sectors extending into 2013 and beyond
accounting for estimated revenues of $60 million USD which include:

* Nuclear
* Aerospace
* Military
* School Systems
* Hotel Operations
* Automotive
* Municipalities and Municipal Transit Authorities
* Major Food and Beverage Manufacturers and Distributors
* Financial Exchange Markets
* Media Publication Corporations

Lighting accounts for 7% of energy consumption in the U.S and it is
estimated that between 20 and 40 percent of carbon emissions associated
with buildings in the U.S are directly related to indoor lighting. Jim
Brodrick, the light program manager for the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE)
stated in a recent post that government studies indicate a potential energy
savings of 25%-50% with LED lighting at the heart of expected long term
improvements.

In addition, energy rates in Europe and the United Arab Emirates have
risen as much as 50% over the past two years. Industry projections show the
global LED market growing from $7 billion in 2009 to $20.4 Billion in 2012
with a 37 % growth rate just from 2009 to 2010.

'Research indicates that focus on the commercial-industrial-municipal
sectors will yield the most significant mutual economic benefits as well as
positive environmental impact. Based on these facts, the company is
positioned for immediate and continued long term growth and increased
revenue. The continued development and introduction of new products will
solidify the corporation's objectives to remain one of the elite players in
pioneering, developing and advancement of LED lighting globally', stated
Green Light Clean Light CEO, David McKinney.
