African Development Corporation (ADC),ISIN DE000A1E8NW9, a rapidly growing
financial services group focusing on the Sub-Saharan Africa (SSA) region
has today successfully started on the Stock Exchange. The shares of the
company belonging to the Angermayer, Brumm&Lange Company were traded in
the Entry Standard of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange at EUR 12.10, this
reflects an increase in share price of EUR 1.10 or 10% compared to the
initial selling price of EUR 11.00. On the basis of the first trades, the
market capitalization of ADC is at EUR 92.5 million. The free float is
around 52%.
As the shares were in high demand, the allocation was made at EUR 11.00.
The Company received EUR 43 million in new funds. ADC has 7,646,150 shares
outstanding. The lead manager for the transaction is Silvia Quandt&Cie.
AG. To accompany this ongoing growth of the Company and new investments, a
changeover to the Deutsche Börse Prime Standard segment is planned for the
first half of 2011.
