CFO Carsten Bovenschen leaves Roth&Rau AG
Hohenstein-Ernstthal, 14 December 2010 - Carsten Bovenschen, Chief
Financial Officer of Roth&Rau AG, will depart from Roth&Rau AG due to
personal reasons and on the basis of mutual agreement. It has been agreed
that his appointment to the Management Board will be terminated as of 15
December 2010. The Management and Supervisory Boards thank Carsten
Bovenschen for the contribution he has made in recent years.
The Supervisory Board has already initiated the hunt for a suitable
successor. Until the position of CFO has been filled, Dr. Dietmar Roth, CEO
of Roth&Rau AG, will assume responsibility for the finance department.
Dr. Roth was responsible for this area prior to Carsten Bovenschen's
appointment to the Management Board.
